Terms and Conditions:

SELF DRIVE

Rates include unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Protection (TP) and Local Tax (VAT) @ 18% but Excludes Excess Loss Waiver (ELW) and Refuelling charges.

CHAUFFEUR DRIVEN

Drivers allowance is US$ 19 per day. Drivers working hours are Mon - Sun 08.00 - 18.00. Drivers Overtime after 18.00 is US$ 3 per hour.

FUEL OPTIONS

Refuelling charges are not included in these rates. SATS offers 3 options:

1. BUY A TANK: Purchase at the time of Rental a full tank of fuel, return the car as close to empty as possible. NO REFUND FOR PARTIAL TANKS.
2. YOU FILL THE TANK: Refuel the car yourself within a five-kilometre radius of the SATS location. At the time of return, present your refuelling receipt with the refuelling mileage noted on it.
3. WE FILL THE TANK: Allow SATS to provide a refuelling service for you. (A refuelling charge is applied to this service)

INSURANCE

COLLISION DAMAGE INSURANCE (CDW) AND THEFT PROTECTION (TP)
CDW and TP are included in these rates. The Renters Financial Responsibility (Non Waiver responsibility - Excess Liability) will be for: Groups A, B, C, D, F - US$787 and Groups Z, S, T, U - US$ 1102

EXCESS LOSS WAIVER (ELW)

The renter financial responsibility is US$ 787 to 1102 This can be waived by accepting the ELW.

ONE-WAY RENTAL FEE (DROP OFF CHARGES)

Nairobi - Mombasa or Vice Versa, All classes US$ 142
